Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality courses and subscriptions. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This cancellation policy outlines our procedures for cancellations and refunds.

Cancellation Requests If you need to cancel your course or subscription within one week of purchase or after completing the first session, please notify us as soon as possible. You may do so by contacting our customer support team. Please note that cancelling your subscription will terminate access to all content and resources associated with the subscription.

Refunds We offer a partial refund for courses or subscriptions cancelled within one week of purchase or after completing the first session. The refund will be equal to the purchase price minus the cost of the first session or any materials provided to you. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

After one week of purchase or after completing the first session, refunds will not be issued for courses or subscriptions that have been partially or fully completed. We reserve the right to deny a refund if we determine that the request is not valid.

Exceptions In certain circumstances, such as technical issues or other extenuating circumstances, we may waive our cancellation policy and provide a full or partial refund. Such decisions will be made at our sole discretion.
